Past: Hundred Nights

Hundred Nights

Hundred Nights Inc. (2018–2022)

Role: Site & Marketing Manager
Scope: Digital marketing, website redevelopment, community storytelling, donor updates, and event support for a regional homeless shelter.

Overview

Hundred Nights Inc. provides shelter, crisis support, and a resource center for individuals experiencing homelessness in the Monadnock region. The organization needed a digital voice and visual system that reflected compassion, dignity, and clarity for guests, donors, and volunteers.

As Site & Marketing Manager, I led communications that helped the organization share its mission clearly, accessibly, and with respect.

What I Led

Website Redevelopment

  • Oversaw a complete redesign focused on clarity and accessibility.
  • Simplified content to help people quickly find critical services, hours, and ways to receive help.
  • Strengthened mobile-friendliness and readability for diverse audiences.

Mission-Centered Communication

  • Produced social media content, donor communications, and event materials aligned with the shelter’s values of dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Told human-centered stories in a grounded, transparent, and calming voice.

Community Engagement & Fundraising

  • Created donor outreach materials and Giving Tuesday content.
  • Developed brochures and print materials that highlighted impact statistics, volunteer roles, and ways to support the shelter.

Design & Storytelling Work

Brochures shown display impact charts, guest demographics, and support pathways. These helped donors understand the shelter’s reach and the real stories behind the numbers.

Reflection

Supporting Hundred Nights required translating urgent, mission-driven work into calm, consistent storytelling. My focus was on building trust — showing donors and the community that every story mattered and every action made a difference.
